Re: Attention Smokers
It depends on the person and a million other factors. Pretty much if you smoke in any regular manner it will increase your chances in getting addicted. I smoked in high school for a couple years, mostly just going to and from work and on work breaks, but when i quit I simply stopped because I didn't want to anymore and didn't have any problem quitting. Was I addicted? In my opinion no. I only did it because I liked the feeling, it was a nice way to relieve stress, but I was never like jones'ing for one, nor would get like irritable if I didn't have one. It really just depends.
Even though I miss it sometimes, I know its just so bad for you and don't do it anymore, or if I do, its like one or two cigarettes a year bumming one from a friend.
