mz3implicit VS jhershorin on low boost

Sup guys, turns out someone else recorded my run with Jake.. well at least the first run.
Remember: LOW boost run.. i was at 6.5psi and he was at 8psi. The weather was about about 60degrees out.

The second run was from the line which was much more interesting. But here it is! :P

Re: mz3implicit VS jhershorin

That was fun till my defunk rear mount showed its colors

my 8.1:1 compression made my 8psi and his 6.5psi dead even. My guess is at 6.5 psi he is around 250-260whp and i was around the same at 8psi. I really need to empty my car when i race. My system in my trunk weighs about 195lbs alone We tried to even the 250lb weight difference to our cars because of all my show goodies but his gf is just as small as mine and only reduced the difference by 100 or so lbs haha

Next weekend we'll run again and i'll go at 16psi and you can go at 10psi

Re: mz3implicit VS jhershorin

well towards the beggining i pulled on him because of my smaller backhousing turbo.. but once we hit about 90-100mph we were evening out a bit. The 10/14lbs race should be more interesting.

Re: mz3implicit VS jhershorin on low boost

ya he got about a 1/4 car on me at the start. im still using my track housing (.82) which takes forever to spool. i switch back to the .63 housing this wednesday so i'll spool just as fast as him cept still make alot more power. once i get the smaller housing on i'll walk him at 8psi when he's at 6.5.

When we both run our highest boost on pump gas (his highest boost is 10 till he gets built) i'll have about 120whp on him so it'll be fun to watch. it'll be like him vs a stock mazda3.

Can't wait to witness that...

Jake, I thought you were selling it... I guess you have a couple more things you want to do to it to make it faster.
