ok computer guys

I just recently bought a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 1525 in Ruby Red ) and don't really need my old one. My dad's friend rebuilds these things and it was a pretty nice laptop when I bought it like 5 years ago. I needed one for school at the time so I went with this one

It's an IBM but I have no idea what model or how much memory or anything that it has. Anyone know much about these? I don't even think they make them anymore Is there any way to find out? If I'm trying to sell it how much should I sell it for? The battery doesn't last long at all so it has to stay plugged in for it to work

Thanks

I don't think you'll get much for a 5 year old laptop. Sorry.

Yeah that looks like an A22m or something. Just junk it.

Edit: Was going to say A22m, but it looks like a P2. Definitely just junk it.

Re: ok computer guys

you won't get too much for it, but find the model number on the bottom of the laptop and let us know.
We should be able to get the specs from there.

Does that sticker beside the left speaker say Intel Pentium I or II or III ?
If 1 or 2, throw it out :P hahaha
or maybe donate it to charity.

Re: ok computer guys

yeah I was thinking about donating it since I wasn't expecting to get much out of it... tax write off for next year. It hasn't even been turned on in like the last 6 months :lmao:

it's got a pentium II processer and it has a sticker on the bottom but I can't find the model number :huh

looks like a pentium 2? not a lot of money, prolly 100 bucks on flea bay, or here (i am sure a tuner may want it for their car).

it is an IBM so that has something going for it. and IBM before lenovo started making them..
