So I was involved in a 5 car collision...

So I got off work early today. The 1st time all week and on my way home I hit some traffic on a main road. Guy in front of me stops, I stop, and the SUV behind me stops. No biggie all is well. Next thing you know I hear the classic brake squealing and the crash after crash. I look in my rearview just in time to see the Ford SUV get bumped right into me. I'm fine. Made a little trip to the ER for some neck soreness, but my Air Bag didn't deploy and the damage was concentrated on my bumper. I wasn't at fault so I have to wait for the Police Report to be put together and file my claim.
Here are some pics of the damage:

Re: So I was involved in a 5 car pile up...

i was really expecting an upside down, all bags deployed, window glass for miles around pile of mazda metal, so i guess you managed pretty well for a 'pile up'

Re: So I was involved in a 5 car collision...

Since I've never been in a car accident before, what steps do I take with my insurance company? Do I file a claim with my insurance company? Do I file a claim with the driver found at fault? I have to wait 5 working days for a Police Report from the Guam PD so I won't have any info until then.

You don't do anything with your insurance company since it is not your fault. You wait for the police report and deal with someone else's insurance (I'm assuming the one who began the pile-up). I'm not sure how it works, I never had insurance involved.
