Re: cost to ship car/motorcycle across country?

Usa a search engine I had a car shipped from tenn to colo through the dealed and it cost about 600 or so dollars. I would suggest that you get a covered transport for your car so it's not exposed to the elements and road hazards. Also an old roommate of mine had his bike shipped and they messed up part of it and they didnt want to pay for repairs. I would double check with the Better Business Bureau before you decide.

Yeah, it's pretty much 500-600 for that distance. I don't know if a covered transport costs more or not.

Costed my friend $850 to ship his Maxima from VA to CA.
BTW They only allow a quarter tank of gas in your car when they ship it.

If you do ship it make sure to check that they have insurance coverage for any damage in shipment.

I've shipped two cars cross country one from Florida to Arizona and one from Ohio to Arizona both of which cost around $700 bucks :/ not the cheapest thing in the world I would have rather driven it if that was an option
