Do you collect the state quarters?

By next year the state quarters will all have been minted.
Some people I know collect them, do you?

I am surprized how many people don't know about the new president dollar coins.
I believe they have released the fourth prez starting from G. Washington.

Re: Do you collect the state quarters?

well my grandma had started collecting them for my brother and me... but she said that one weekend, one of her friends came to visit and she needed quarters for the toll booth... so she took our quarters and left a $5 bill for my grandma

**not on this forum and not unless its in a for sale thread.

Re: Do you collect the state quarters?

The only way these are going to be worth anything is if you own them all from both mints. Denver and Philly.

Re: Do you collect the state quarters?

yeah ive done some coin collecting. the regular circulated quarters will be worth relatively little. now the uncirculated, proof, and silver sets that are bought from the mint will be worth some money.
