Mazda hate?

So I was sitting here reading the forums. Where I'm sitting I can see my car. So, reading the forums and this car slows down near my car and this girl or a guy that hasn't gone through puberty yet yells, "stupid mazda!". Then they drive off pretty quick. Not sure what the car was, had a wing on the back and kind of looked like a civic. I was lmao, who the hell does shit like that?

Has anyone else experienced this kind of mazda hate/jealousy?

Re: Mazda hate?

i think people do that no matter what kind of car you drive.

people have done it when i was driving in my turbo'd integra, people do it to my friends in their mustangs, and everything else.

Re: Mazda hate?

That's so odd. To be honest, I find Mazda to be an innocuous brand...not really inspiring hate or passion from the general populace.

Re: Mazda hate?

Yeah I dunno why they did that. Maybe it's my blacked out flying M? Or maybe it's that my car is dirty and looks like I just got back from some kind of rally cross (ok maybe i'm exaggerating a little). I should go get a wash but it's supposed to rain the next 2-3 days so I think i'll wait till after the rain passes.

Re: Mazda hate?

First post here, but I have some experience with another brand on this topic.

I had a 2004 SRT-4, one day I was driving and another neon (non srt-4) pulls up besides me and tells me that neons are dumb and that my car is just a neon. . this continues a while and then he wants to race, I decline, because clearly this idiot is not all together since he is driving a neon too.

Anways, I think people just get jealous of things they don't have and so they say they hate it. I had a roommate in college like that, he hated everything Nike, Oakley, etc, just because he didn't have it. Then one year he comes back to school with Nike and Oakley everything. . seemed to like it all of a sudden.

Re: Mazda hate?

Someone called your car stupid?

Isn't that a little like me calling a computer stupid? Or being jealous of a computer?

People say stupid things, especially when they are frustrated. I wonder where all his frustration came from? Perhaps he mistook yur car for something else, or perhaps he was "But Hurt" because he knows your car is faster than his. Laugh it off. People calling inanimate objects stupid make me wonder how smart the person is.

Listen, strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

Welcome to the forums

OP,
Does your car have anything on it that would stand out and make it a target for such hatred other than the flying M ?

Re: Mazda hate?

Um hello, Mazda 3 was named the #1 car for something this year, I can't remember what, but was pretty good.
