Bungie leaving Microsoft?

Various sites & newspapers are reporting that Bungie and Microsoft have agreed to let Bungie leave MS, and that MS has already started removing employees from its employee directories and such.

Thoughts?

I have read it also but there are conflicting statements saying the users are in GAB.

They do.  But apparently MS has agreed to it, so I'd guess it's some sort of employee buyout. Really I'm not sure.

Uhhhh did you bother reading the linked article? Or paying attention to anything in the past month? There is no Halo 4, there will never be a Halo 4. And if there was a Halo 4, it would still be Microsoft, not Bungie (Independent).

I see no linked article

Bungie bought their name from Microsoft as well.. or says the article I read. If (very strong IF) they made another Halo, it would still be on xbox only.
