Veteran gets pissed at Hispanic bar in Reno flying Mexican flag above American flag - cuts it down!!

Wednesday is scheduled for a 3rd day of boycotts, a protest march and demonstration against ICE raids at Federal building.

And this happens today:

Actually, those of us who have served as United States military members over the years and plenty law abiding citizens care. Just because there are some that don't really care about anything except whether or not the new Panic at the Disco single was number 1 on TRL, doesn't mean no one cares.

Fact is, no flag should ever be flown ABOVE the U.S. flag on our soil. That is a sign of disrespect.

Re: Mexican flag over American!

Since a flag really means that much... throwing so much emotion into a piece of fabric is stupid. why dont you care about something that actually makes a difference.

thank you!!!! what matters is what we do for our country! not some fabric... yes it means something, but they are not burning it, they are not doing anything but flying their flag above... wow big deal...

You totally miss the point. It's people like you with their apathetic views that slowly help the erosion of our laws and civil liberties. The flag is a symbol. You try going to any other country in the world and fly another country's flag above the host nation's flag and see what happens. Perhaps YOU should care about SOMETHING.

Re: Mexican flag over American!

Fuck it, fly the flag over the U.S. flag. It doesn't matter...we need to make a difference elsewhere. We don't need to worry about illegal immigrants either or worry about inferior Chinese products that are dangerous either. They'll just make it onto the economy. We can't make a difference.

Hell, why even vote? Our votes can't possibly make a difference.
