What do you think is harder? Eating right or exercising?

Just wondering what you guys think is harder eating right or exercising daily? I have been doing both for almost 2 months now. Anyone else doing this?

I almost think eating right. Not only do you have to prepare it yourself you have to shop for it too.

Exercising has not been a problem. Everyday 45 minutes even get up at 4:45 am.

Eating right is hard. Those bad foods just taste so good. As for exercising, you just have to find the right activity.

But I imagine it is different for everybody.

exercising is harder, but much more simpler!

walking, running, jumping jacks, crunches, little workouts here and there. so easy.

eating right? idk. i think im too young (20) to worry about it?

Agreed. If you don't need to watch what you eat to lose weight then don't. Now eating right is always a good idea. I used to eat horrible. Very bad. Now I stick with eating 1200 calories a day or so. Amazing how many calories we eat without knowing it. I guess the exercising thing you just need to have your head in the game.

the hubby may prefer a different evening activity that is good for your bodies and for your relationship.

Eating right would def. be harder for me. Don't really worry about it right now but one day the good old metabolism is going to slow down and I'll be in trouble.

eating right is teh suck. exercising is not hard, two or three times a week for 20 minutes or so, no problem. taco bell ftw.
