Anyone with Access to License Plate DB?

Normally I wouldn't go so far as to make a thread to request this; however, I thought I'd ask.

Last night coming home, somebody cut me off horribly and it enraged me so much I pulled up next to him and laid into him. The little punk just had a big smile and middle finger and then began to start swerving his car into my lane as if he was going to hit me. So i reached in and got my pen and pad and got his license plate number.

I think I was able to scare him off (since maybe it looked like I was getting a gun out?) and he ran a red light to get away.
When i got into my complex... somehow, he got in as well and took a lap around my garage.

So now I'm freaking out about both my safety and that of my car.

I've come to two conclusions: A) the guy also lives here or B) he could be plotting out a vandalism scheme...

Either way, I have his license plate number and wanted to see if i can rule out conclusion A. If anybody has access to any db's, i'd greatly appreciate your help. (Please PM)

Thank you

Re: Anyone with Access to License Plate DB?

Or you could just call the police and report him for his behavoir. Depending on how much of a screw up your local department might be they will generally serve him with a ticket based on your report. One of my friends got nailed with a ticket because an old lady saw him swerve across double yellow lines and almost into a ditch before pulling back on the correct side of the road. She called the police and gave them his license number and vehicle description. He got a ticket in the mail later and lost the court case when it finally got to court later for reckless endangerment.

In his case (not excusing it) he feel asleep while driving at like 1am and swerved over till he woke up when he hit the rumble strips.

Re: Anyone with Access to License Plate DB?

wow, that's crazy.
Where I live, the police have bigger problems than this to "deal" with. My girlfriend has had her car broken into many times and they don't even have time to send a squad car out to take a report.

Thanks for the advice though. One member has offered to help so far though, so I hope he can shine some light. I've been parking away from my apartment :-(
