Re: Your favorite Die Hard moments

I personally think that Die Hard did everything it needed to in the first one, I don't plan on seeing the newest chapter.

Re: Your favorite Die Hard moments

^ It's just another hollywood P.O.S. with too many explosions and special effects crap like they did in the first 2 .... same crap they do all the time, personally, I'm not interested in seeing the same thing I saw in the last 50 action movies that hollywood put out.

Re: Your favorite Die Hard moments

live free or die hard was a very entertaining movie -- only 3 minutes of it i was bored and that was the only time the action stopped for "talking"

and who gives a rats ass if this is like the last 50 action movies?? first off its NOT like the last 50 action movies and it does what I wish all movies would do -- entertain me the whole time i watch it. and it succeeded -- very fun

if you fart and no one hears it -- did you really fart?

Well, actually ... I care.

I'm just saying that my favorite part of Die Hard was over when the first one ended. Since then, the franchise hasn't done anything different except blow up a different set of vehicles and chant the same catch phrase "Yippie Kayay MF", and for me that's boring and useless as I have already seen it.

I'm sick of seeing the same movie every summer. Billybadass = Hero, Sadistic mofo = bad guy, Sadistic mofo wants to steal a lot of money, Hero does 100 things that are impossible and blows up a bunch of vehicles in the process, Sadistic mofo dies, Hero lives to shoot another sequel, that's about it, you just saw 90% of the movies that Hwood puts out ..... personally, that's boring to me.

Re: Your favorite Die Hard moments

i like to call it suspended disbelief -- or fantasy.

there are only SO many plot lines to make movies from and we have seen them all many times over -- some movies do a better job than others -- this movie here does a great job of keeping the action rolling through 99% of the flick. Besides the first one this is the next best of the series -- in my opinion its close second to the first one. and there is no "yippe kiyaaa MF" the Mf gets drowed out with noise to keep it PG13 -- which is my only beef with the movie.

the bad guy isnt sadistic but the hero is billybadass -- listen for this movie to work you really have to put aside a lot of things to believe it -- but if I HAD to believe all my movies then I would just watch my life unfold and never go to a theater.

if you fart and no one hears it -- did you really fart?
