"Do you know Y I pulled you over?"

so yea I was cruising around 87mph in a 50...next thing I know I see headlights coming up fast!!! I knew it was a cop so I tugged on the e-brake. after tryin to get outta me how fast I was going he just told me "How about 87 and climbing." Well after he made me get out and he searched my car...I was so happy he didn't look inside the black and mild box. He went back to his car. I sat for around 15 min on the curb. He finally comes back and he gives me a ticket for a "moving" violation. He said something about not adhearing to posted speed limit. Well anyways after making me wait for about 20 min. and making me believe he was gonna arrest me. (In florida 30+MPH over and he could strip me naked if he wants)...so I got out of a 303.50 ticket. Wanna know what saved me? I saw him at a gas station over 2 months ago and we talked about my personalized license plate "YRUNVUS". He said he sees me all the time and I'm never driving like an idiot so he gave me a break. Yes, I consider myself blessed.

Heh, five years of driving and I haven't got a ticket yet... not that I've never deserved one

Only got stopped once... going 103km/h in a 70 zone with my uncles Acura... didn't have my wallet on me (no drivers license on me), I could only find the registration for the car and not the insurance... And I walked away with two warnings Cop said he felt nice that night and could have given me upwards of 400$CAN of fines... and he also could have written another warning but he didn't feel like it. This was about a year ago, and I have kept and will keep the warnings in my wallet for a long time to come

Re: "Do you know Y I pulled you over?"

Lucky, mang.

I've got a similar story. My fiance lives in a little butt-dimple suburb of a suburb of Dallas and the police there are quite possibly the worst I've encountered. I've been pulled over by them four times since me and the soon-to-be Mrs. have been dating. Two of those times were simply for DWB.

So we're heading home about 2AM and I see one pull out after us as we drive past the police station. There's a car behind us so he can't pull up behind us, so he pulls up beside me, even with my rear and runs my plates.

This was not for DWB, I was riding "dirty" per se. I didn't have my current insurance card, I didn't have a front plate, and both my inspection and registration were expired. The cops were monsters, but this time I actually deserved each citation...

The dude gives me 4 verbal warnings. He names off each thing that's wrong, then he says, "You'll have this fixed by the next time you come out here, right?" And that was that.

I almost had my fiance get out and service him...

jesus. Be original, man. A black and mild box might as well say "Weed Storage Device."
