First black coaches in the Super Bowl....

Is that really an issue? I thought we were supposed to be downplaying the whole race idea. Nobody says oh its the first white guy to do something. Because thats racist. But it somehow isn't from the other side.

Along the same lines its funny how some of the black leaders and rappers love to say 'black on black crime has to stop'. Oh, thats it? Not black on white, white on black, or white on white. Nobody says white on white crime must stop. They just fight crime, regardless of the race of the victims or perpertrators.

Yep - I didn't think race was 'supposed' to be an issue anymore these days. However, all the African American 'groups' see it as a victory for their community. I mean, I see no color in regard to people. People are people regardless of their color. I was glad to see Dungy and Smith in the SB together because they are two strong, Christian men who express their faith and standards in the media and the locker room. I have madd respect for people like that.

As long as we continue to say first black to do this or first black to do that we will never see MLK dream come true. Most Black people are offended by Feb being black history month. Having a month dedicated to them in a way makes them look less of people. We should celebrate all races in history and not just one 1 month out of the year.

But it is funny that we do it on the shortest month of the year.....

It's pretty sad this was even a story. What about Peyton Manning finally getting over the hump of the Pats? A good coach is a good coach, no matter what race he (maybe she someday) is.

Race will always be an issue as long as people keep making it an issue...

If it was two Klingon coaches, or two android coaches, or two coach heads in a jars, then it would've been news-worthy...
