I hate Sprint.....

I am so mad. I have been with Sprint for over a year now. Bought 2 phones and had to have one of them replaced within two months of being with them. On both phones we have been having these issues since February 2006: no notifications (voicemail)and phones constantly turn off (all the time). Just Friday my phone stopped working all together. Can not make calls, or receive. I hear the call come through....it rings but I can not answer it. So, I call Sprint....they will not help. I took the phone to the Sprint people my work uses and she told me that it was unrepairable. So, i call sprint again.....with no luck. They will not even help at all. I am now being FORCED to buy a new phone due to the fact that mine is not working. I am so mad with them I would totally be willing to pay to cancel right now. I do not suggest them to anyone.

why are you mad at sprint for the phone -- they do not manufacture it nor do they have anything to do with its operations. All they do is provide a service that that phone is used for.

if you fart and no one hears it -- did you really fart?

I am mad cause they are the only cell phone company I have been with not willing to help out their customers. I at least think they should credit me for the $35.00 diagnostic fee. I don't know I guess to me them not stepping up and helping me get a new phone has made me think twice about having them as a carrier. I guess it is asking too much of them. When i was with Cingular almost the same thing happened and Cingular shipped me 2 new phones to take care of the issues.

I agree--you do all of your business through the phone company, typically including purchasing the phones. Heck, the phones are usually stamped with the provider's logo. They are supposed to be the ones who address your customer service issues, not sending you on a wild goose chase to get them resolved.

It would be like mazda saying "well, company X made those brake pads, so you can take your warranty issues up with them."

When I had AT&T wireless, I never received the manufacturer's rebate on my Sony-Ericsson phone. I called AT&T, and even though they had nothing to do with the rebate, they issued me the value of the rebate as a credit to my bill.

Just keep calling and you should get your 35.oo fee back. *2 and say drop call when you get that lady recording. You can get a 10 dollar credit each month for dropped calls.

Yeah this stinks. I will do the dropped call thing. i will do it every month too. They deserve it.

Yeah I get a 20.00 credit for dropped calls because we have 2 phones. The service sucks out here in NM because we live near mountain on a military post.
