Hummer H2

Has anyone seen this site? I came across this site the other day and I can't stop looking at it. These people are devoted haters. :lmao: :lmao:

Re: Hummer H2

My SUV, assuming Hummer comes out with a model for those who find the current ones too cramped, will look something like the Louisiana Superdome on wheels. It'll guzzle so much gas as I walk out to my driveway there will be squads of Saudi princes gaping and applauding. It'll come, when I buy it, with little Hondas and Kias already embedded in the front grillwork. Inside I'll install video screens so that impressionable youngsters can play Grand Theft Auto on the way to weekly NRA meetings. And there will be room in the back for tobacco lobbyists nibbling on french fries and endangered prawns.

Re: Hummer H2

There should be a law so that there must be a minimum MPG number for a vehicle that size.

Also, I saw a F-350 at Home Depot the other day, mounted on gigantic wheels and tires which were as tall as about 3/4 up the window of my 3. I think that's a hazard on the road, because even if you were in a regular SUV you'd barely have a chance, let alone an economy car.

If you use it, fine. But to buy an 8000 pound 10mpg vehicle just so you can commute to work by yourself is just, well... dumb. Yeah, yeah, this is america, we're free to buy whatever we want, but that doesn't absolve you from having a lick of social responsibility.

I have disdain for people who needlessly drive gas guzzlers, the same way I'd look down on anyone who is wasteful just because they can afford to be--or worse, to give the illusion that they can afford to be.
