Its possible for your car to get stolen.

A news article by cardomain.com

Looks like we can get screwed by insurance companies thanks to our security devices?

Re: Its possible for your car to get stolen.

That's bullshit. Insurance companies try to fuck us over as many ways as possible, first it was for housing (look how many companies, like Allstate, etc) are either hiking the hell out of their rates, or simply dropping people. It's expensive enough to live, we don't need institutions like that to screw us over even more.

I've seen that before, and the first thing that popped to mind was that there was no date. The only identifiable time markers are the 2003 Lincoln and the other article this guy wrote in "early 2004." Since then I've had a few friends get their newer and transponder equipped cars stolen and covered by insurance. I hate living in the ghetto.

Insurance companies are such bull shit. We HAVE to use their service but their service isn't regulated in terms of prices. They can charge us as much as the market will bear and we have no choice but to pay it or take the bus.

I'm getting mad just thinking about them.

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer

Re: Its possible for your car to get stolen.

Of course any car can be stolen. What we have here is people that can't fight for what is right. I'm sure there is probally more to the story.

For the most part the systems we have in these cars now a days are very hard if not impossible to break. I wouldn't let an old story like that scare you.

If someone wants your car they can get it alot faster then trying to hotwire it.
