Enough! PLEASE stop with the horrible English!

Alright, I understand that this is a forum. I don't expect perfect English. But if you're old enough to be on this forum, you should be able to speak and type and spell. Using "u" instead of "you" is unacceptable. "ur" instead of "you're" is even worse. Speaking of which, and forgetting the abbreviations for a moment, you should know the difference between your/you're and its/it's, and other such similar words. There's no excuse for not! You're at least 16, if you're on here, and you've been in school for quite a while. For those of you that are mid to late 20's and STILL using horrible English - please, PLEASE go back to school. Take some English classes. Do SOMETHING. Typing proper English does not take any longer than the horrible approximations I see. And good god, get your grammar approximately right!

Also: I'm banning the next person I see use a "z" instead of an "s"

Edit:
I just found two more things worth mentioning: The word is not "cause," and it CERTAINLY is not "cuz" - it's "because." Also, USE the damn apostrophe key!

By the way, I'd like to make it clear that I have no problems with actual abbreviations, like nsfw or something like that, where you're using a letter from each word. I do have a problem with shortening real words into non-real words "your" into "yr" in the first reply to this post.

Funny!!!! Call me weird, but I proof my posts about 3 times for proper spelling and grammar. Maybe it's my age or the fact that my mother corrected my English all my life. A lot of times I don't even know what people are saying because I don't understand "Prince Speak". For you younger members, the musician Prince used to always right in abbreviations. By the way, is there a spellcheck function on this forum??

There isn't, but that's a good idea. Should be mandatory to use before every post, IMO.
