COMPUTER HELP!!! ASAP!!!!

I think I have a vrius on my work computer!!! I dont know what happened I was working away and my tray icons just started to go crazy... It keeps filling up with envelopes as it is sending emails automaticy.. I try to go to outlook to see whats going on and it wont let me, it says its out of memory.. We have a vrius scan software on our computers but my boss was smart enough to password protect it.. Now he is out of the office till next week with no contact... He is the only one that knows the password... Now I tried to download a new vrius software but I think it disabled the installer as well becuase it WONT let me install ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Does anyone know how to fix this, because my computer is pretty much Fu**ed!!! Does anyone know how to do that restore where it takes it back it back to how it was say yesterday or whatever?? Anyone have any advice for me??

Thanks!!!

You may have to manually remove the DLL that's causing this to happen ... if that's the case, start your computer in safe mode, install a program called Move On Boot, locate the DLL that's doing the work, instruct M.O.B. to remove it on the next boot of your system, then restart. Now, the hard part is determining which virus you have and what the name of it's DLL is, and that ... I can't help you with.

Well when your dumbass boss gets back, tell him not to password protect a program that keeps your computer out of harms way.
