Re: Remove a Province

Get rid of Quebec and let them be their own country until they run it so far into debt they beg Canada to take them back. Currently they are running such a huge provincial defecit that without all of the money from the Canadian government they would be bankrupt. Or maybe we could let them go and let the US take them over. Either way works

Re: Remove a Province

I wouldn't give up a single inch of Canada. That's traitor talk and all you Canadians adding to this thread should be tried for treason.

Now that that is out of the system......if forced, I'd give up Manitoba. Definitely Quebec stays, simply because even if they were to separate, they are still going to be trading with us and asking the federal government for grants and shit. And if Canada doesn't pony up, it will obviously give them a reason to say 'this is why we wanted to separate in the first place'. Also, I shop in Montreal, and I don't want to go to a different country just for that. :P
