well you just need to change some things around, like i said.. eat burgers just dont eat them everyday, control what you eat, treat yourself but not too often.. you can still eat great and healthy!
but yeah the 3-4 hour eating helps a lot, bodybuilders do this to keep their weight just right, they wake up in the middle of the night just to eat, of course they eat lean but they eat.
and yeah, when you get home while you watch tv, walk on a threadmill if you have one, if not walk in place or something like it, you may have to do something like this to keep your self busy and doing something.
or just get up early 3 days a week to work out, if you can find the time... you dont have to workout everyday

yeah you are right i dont know....lol trust me 3-4 hours and you are good to go...i have read it in books and i know people that do it and are in great shape
