Audio Gurus repsond. Need help cleaning files

I have a lot of songs I have downloaded from the internet or obtained from some other places and I need help cleaning then up. Some of the songs or sounds are riddled with clips and some are fuzzy or pop. I have sound editing programs but they dont seem to be doing any good. Maybe I am not using them correctly. Maybe I need another type of program. Someone please help

LOL! Maybe obtaining your music legally would be an idea? Currently there is a serious crackdown on piracy and it has some serious penalties.

No one said the downloads were illegal because they arenít. They are legal downloads their just happens to be clicks in the music because the dj had the monitor out volume to loud, and I donít know how to properly fix it so the music doesnít click at a certain frequency.
