what's do you consider "a good time"

So. I'm bored at work. surprise surprise!

so, when you're bored on weekend or down int eh dumps, what do you do to have some fun

personally, I've had much success in the past by just going out with the boys and getting shit faced, but it always comes back and someone always has a photo of you doing some borderline gay shit afterwards.

lately, it's been wall climbing and cleaning my car. Yes, I sit at home and clean my car on a weekend night. i must be getting old.

anyways, share some stories. and none of this one time at band camp shit...unless you have pics.

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

depends on my mood at the time. sometimes i just like to relax and not do a thing but hang at the house.. sometimes i find some trouble to get into with some friends.

i go to the range
i train ( what the doc lets me do at this time anyways)

like i said it all depends where im at and who im with. i stop drinking a while back so no drunk stories. yesterday i had one beer because im on vac. lol

back when i had my other car i also raced a lot, i would go to the track, race and then have to come home fix something, so that takes time...

oh and when im away "working" when i have down time ( not much of it tho) i find older people from where im at and talk to them( try too at least) walk in markets etc.

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

I've been down in the dumps a lot lately in the past month, so anything other than staying at home is a good time =/

But normally a good time, for me, is one or more of the following:

-House party
-Playing Gamecube with friends
-Picking up bitches
-Getting laid
-Playing tennis
-BBQ
-Frisbeeee
-Having late night chinese food at Sam Wok or equivalent

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

hangin at the house is always good. *I usually go for drinks with my buddy. (of non-alcoholic variety)

I haven't gotten shit faced in almost 3 years. *I don't think I've had more than 2 drinks in any given day since then.

I used to like boosting around in my talon when i had that. *I really miss turbo...but not the gas mileage haha.

i should pick up a project car to keep my self busy...I have so much free time that I spend thinking. and when I think, its not a good thing.

Either that or call up some old buds and hit the bar or something.

On my 21st bday 3 years ago, i got insane drunk and was topless int he bar for some portion of the night....some people got pics with people pretending to lick my nipples and gay shit like that. *it turned into a highly used forum picture on another forum i used to whore.

I also, told my ex at the time off and then ended up making out with her shortly after puking.

sunny:
sam wok dude? thats weak man....

and BBQs with the fellas is always good

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

What other places are open late at night??? Only the hard-working chinese people's! Oh, and Tim Hortons. I hate that latenight breakfast stuff like Denny's. But Sam Wok is right off Whyte Ave.

I haven't got shit-faced since I was.... 12. I like being in control... and I don't drink at all anymore.

It's always fun to go to Joey's and try to pick up the waitresses haha.. and last summer we used to go to Diamond's (Gentlemen's Club) at least once a week. *wishes I still had friends*

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

Almost all Chinese food places taste the same to me. And I always see people that I don't want to see there.

Diamond's is the cleanest one in the city that I know of =/ And the girls are actually decent.

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

are you kidding me? *it was so bad....one of the lap dance girls looked like fucking ET and sounded like a man.

and the strippers were not even 1/2 decent.

the only stripper I've ever thought was decent was this tiny blonde chick I saw a few years ago @ showgirls.

DUBS:

I agree. I rarely go. and when I do, idont stay long

Re: what's do you consider "a good time"

There is usually something to fix or clean on my car, so sometimes I do that, but not often. That makes me feel like a huge loser, lol.

Still homework to do, at least for the next 2.5 weeks, so that's always an option, but I put that off as much as possible.

I have 1000 txt messages on my current plan, so sometimes I spam txt messages and see what I get back, lol. Lame I know...

Forums are always a good time killer, although it sucks at home cuz its 56k and I can only tolerate it for like an hour at most, unless there are some people on AIM to talk to.

I play a lot of golf, so sometimes I'll hit up the driving range and work on my game. I'm about an 8 handicap now, which could be much much lower if I had the time to practice. I will soon

Also I play tennis, so that's an option. You gotta have someone to play that with though. Most of my friends that play tennis suck ass or have other shit to do, lol.

Sometimes I'll take a 3 mile run or so. Bust out the iPod and put on some Breaking Benjamin and just run. It's a good venting method.

I have a pool and a little party area outside. There's a firepit and a bunch of camping chairs that me and my crew bought. We have some good parties on the weekends. Beer pong, burgers and dogs, music, swimming, margs for the ladies. Usually someone ends up getting naked. Sadly, its hardly ever a female.... I need to meet cooler chics.

Lately I've been gettin into clubs and bars. Tryin to learn my white ass how to dance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, lol. I think it depends on the amount of alcohol I have consumed, lol. Gotta find some ladies that are into it and not fuckin stuck up bitches to have fun. If you wanna dance, its kinda lame to go out with a bunch of guys, lol. Girls don't wanna be hounded by 5 guys on the dance floor, well most don't. Again, I need to meet cooler chics.

Sometimes I'll just go for a drive. I love drivin my car and especially love driving out in the country. Back roads at night are a good getaway. Windows down, system up, just you and the road. Relaxing shit.

Honestly, I wish I could meet another cool chic. This last one was awesome to hang out with, but evidently I wasn't for her. Whatever ho. It's always cool to have a lady you know you can hang out with and what not :P

I hear ya there buddy. The mind is a fucked up thing and can't be controlled, lol.
