Most Americans don't know Canada is their biggest oil supplier

Most Americans don't know Canada is their biggest oil supplier

A new poll suggests the vast majority of Americans are unaware that Canada is the largest foreign supplier of crude oil to the U.S.

Full story

I'd like to take this opportunity to say that I love bush, not the president though!

It isnt the #1 importer I would worry about. It's the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th countries I don't feel comfortable with. Mexican, Saudi and Venezuelan oil :?

Moral of the story, Don't fuck with Canada

Cause if you do I'll personally hoard all of the oil myself and then use it all while idling my car outside my house in the winter.

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer

See that's the problem, you're worrying about the part that doesn't really matter. *What if Canada decided to cut off the supply? *The US would lose their biggest supplier, and would have to cry to 2nd, 3rd and 4th for more.

I don't get it, I live about 4 hours from one of the largest oil deposits in the world and there are massive oil processing plants just down the highway but yet we are paying higher gas prices than Americans. Gas just jumped up to $1.08/L. Rip-off...

But Canada and the US depend on each other too much for so many goods and products that the oil supply will never stop running south. You guys dont bomb us and we give you stuff, sounds fair.

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer
