Return my DS Lite and get a PSP instead?

So i picked up a DS Lite today, along with Mario Kart, Brain Age, Brain Academy, Tiger Woods PGA, and Advance Wars... So far i have only opened and played Mario Kart and Brain Age...

My first impressions were that the system was great. Very bright screen, easy controls, fun to play... But then i started to change my mind.

#1. Mario Kart online play is fun, BUT it only allows you to race, not battle, personally my favorite part of all the previous generations.
#2. Its kind of uncomfortable to hold. There is no really comfortable way to hold this thing, its very small and my big hands just cant seem to find their sweet spot.
#3. The graphics aren't as "good" as PSP. Strictly a personal preference, but the PSP games look much more advanced than the gamecube graphics of the DS Lite.

So i dunno, i've been thinking about picking up a PSP from CC, renting a game from Blockbuster and giving it a shot. I don't really need the PSP for its music/movie capabilities, and personally i HATE the memory stick, but i dunno, im a little disappointed with the DS Lite.

What do you think?

PSP is so freaking cool that there is no comparison. Screw the PSP games or DS Lite games... the home-brew stuff, emulators, watching movies, whatever is so much more useful.

PSP games generally suck though. Game Boy Advance has the best games anyway

PSP!!! lol there are some fun games, plus having movies and stuff on the memory stick itself is pretty sweet. The internet browser can be useful sometimes to. As for games, their are a few, Personally my favorites are GTA, Pursuit Force, and Lumines. I dont really play it much only when i go on trips.

Usually i always get end up buying a the new gameboy and then i never play it. I really was tempted to buy the DS for Brain Age and a few others, but im not going to.

Re: Return my DS Lite and get a PSP instead?

So does the PSP have games that can be played online, like Mario Kart DS? With Mario Kart, i can just connect up and wait for others to join my game (it does so randomly)...

None of my friends have either a PSP or DS, so thats really the only way i'll get any multiplayer.
