It isn't hard to lose weight its just how you do it. *OH...don't drink juice or pop...they are so bad for you. *WATER WATER WATER and more WATER. *
i drink too much water!!! haha, i drink maybe 3 or 4 litres thoughtout the workday.
I'm quitting coffee starting today and havent drank pop in ages.
I am actually lactose intolerant so I cant take in much dairy (I take calcium pills with vitamin D), I stillc ant stay away gfrom cheese though. YUM!
lately, I've been trying to eat lots of fish. salmon mainly. as for cutting down the amounts of food. It does work a little for me...and yes its true...I do get hungry more often but I eat an apple or a banana until my next meal.
