Imminent death

The oncologist informed us today that my Mom has about 6 months to live. I realize this is a depressing topic, but I would appreciate any comments, suggestions, or feedback on similar experiences that you may have had with loved ones.

Re: Imminent death

remember the good time, spend what time with her you can.* we lost my mom 2 weeks before Christmas 2001.* she was in the Hospital for a month.* best wishes to you and your family.

any day you can do it on two wheels... it's the best.

Re: Imminent death

I am SO sorry to hear about that. As many people have said before, just spend and make the best out of the remaining time that you have with her. Make every second count.
