English...
(I grew up in the states so I "think" in English) lol...

I was hoping for some fiction, just stuff to take my mind of the stresses of work. I have seen some of those "self help" books on amazon that teach you to use strenghts that you didn't know you had, I may get one of those. I really want something that will be hard to put down.

Beach? Not here! Still 35 degrees Fahrenheit, about 17 deg F on average in the morning.

A good book is Stephen King's The Green Mile. Currently reading it now in English class.
I would also recommend John Irving's A Prayer For Owen Meany and Barbara Kingsolver's Pigs in Heaven.

All three of these are fiction novels.

Have a good summer reading with your 3

Re: Book suggestions...

I picked up The Da Vinci Code -- by Dan Brown today on my way to the beach. We stopped at Walgreens for some snacks and I saw it. I heard it was good, so I got it. Don't have any good book stores close by. I will be working in San Juan this week, so I will definetly stop in Borders.
I'm going to look for John Irving's A Prayer For Owen Meany
Thanks for the suggestions!

Read the description first, so you'll know if you'll like it or not.

Da Vinci Code is supposed to be really good. Have fun reading!
