Walk and/or run are the simplest most cost effective things (i.e., gym membership, etc..,) Find someone with free access to equipment, friend at an apartment with a workout facility, college/school, etc..,

Any form of excercise is good, just remember to drink plenty of water, get lots of rest and diet according to your goals.

Re: What Do You Do To Exercise?

at least 30 minutes of cardio a day...heart rate must be above 120 for 20-30 minutes.....combine that with weight training to build lean muscle which burns calories 24/7 after you've built them. *

a good work out schedule is 20-30 minutes of cardio first, then do weights(heavier the more you will burn) for 20-30, depending on time contraints, either stretch for 10 to cool down and finish or get back to cardio for another 20 minutes, then stretch.

This schedule is the best for fat burning as straight cardio doesn't burn enough fat, and stretching when your warm is better than when your cold.

as for my work out routine...its similar to bookeem's

Re: What Do You Do To Exercise?

PT starts every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 0500 hours. We warm up for 30 minutes then proceed to do push-ups & sit-ups, followed by a 3 mile run. Then it's time for sprints and suicides. We finish PT by 0700, hit up the showers, then go on about the day. The REAL excercise begins when I get home ^^^

Its okay to do cardio before you lift if its only a few minutes too warm up and get your blood flowing...but you will gain more lean mass if you do the majority of your cardio AFTER lifting.
