WOW! Our headlight housings and surrounding area is STRONG!

Long story short...

Hit a deer and not a scratch was left.

Thankfully, no deer accident to report. Glad you're OK. And actually, the deer being dead is preferable to it having to hobble back to the woods and die a slow death, or worse to survive and be crippled. So you can take some solace from that.

I know where you were driving at...I goto a doctor off 175 damn deer...nothing beats walking out of work (and this is a gated community) and having a Fox stare you down as if you were on a platter...haha

I hit a baby deer once, that was the worst thing ever. He got up and ran away but I think I made him retarded.

I once came over a hump on a rural road at night, and suddenly like 20 feet in front of me, hidden by the hump until the last second, there's a dead deer lying right in the middle of my lane. And what ended up happening was that I rolled right over it, and it rubbed on the bottom of my car all the way from bumper to bumper. It was just the right height to not quite fit under the car, but not get stuck or anything.

This was in my Contour. The 3 is closer to the ground, so if this ever happens again I hope it's a smaller deer next time. That one was pretty small already, though...
