My Gingerbread town at work

I like contructive criticism, but not snide remarks......Anyway

Here is a gingerbread house a made for work this year.... All the dining rooms at my work compete...mine is prolly one of the biggest ones

If you knew what we made the royal icing out of you wouldnt want to...unless you like raw egg whites

Good...the only thing is you don't wan't any open space! Fill in the walls with icicles snow or anything..little murals are cool sometimes ...i.e. santa standing there made out of frosting. Just make it is over the top as possible!

I don't actually have time for that cause they are judging them tommorow morning....i gotta run it all the way to the other side of the campus....grrr I hope it makes it.....Anyway it is Edible...but i wouldnt wanna eat anything on it just cause the royal icing consists of raw eggs

We do this sort of competition at my workplace as well. However, nobody went so far as a town. I would of competed, but didn't have the time to devote to it.
