Ebay has its good points but I agree with Commie, their resolution center just plain sucks if you get ripped off.

Ebay even owns Paypal and they do nothing for you as well.

Good riddance, there will be something better to take its place.

Frosty, I don't think you should be allowed to post anything related to legal opinion anymore. There is absolutely no chance that eBay will be shut down. Did you read the article you posted?

That said, I still like almost all of your links, like this one

^^^ Yup, not really a big deal. In fact, ebay is just appealing the results of that patent infringment case from some time ago. Even if they lose their appeal, that just means things stay the way they were.

Ebay is successful (i mean have you see yahoo auctions lol) Anyone will try to capitalize off of it.
