.OGM and .MKV Filetypes

So I just... somehow obtained through perfectly legitimate sources... the first 24 episodes of Initial D. Needless to say, I am very excited.

They are mostly .ogm (some are .mkv), and nothing I have will read those filetypes. I looked on the 'net, but I couldn't find anything that supports these filetypes either.

Does anyone know any players that suport .ogm and .mkv? My Initial D awaits.

*edit* Fixed the thread subject

vlc is very good, i just wish (without having to convert the files) my DVD/xvid/dvix would also start to support .ogm files too as most anime is sent this way.

heh, good luck, pure wishful thinking This is why I have a media box connected to my tv. Not exactly an HTPC.. doesn't record or have any tv stuff.. purely for playback of all the damn various encoded files out there. My brother uses it mostly for anime.. i don't use it anymore.
