DOOM the movie

First off, i dont care what people say, this movie KICKED ASS! I fucking loved it. The action was great, the first person scenes were fucking sweet. And karl urban kicked ass as Reaper. And the rock was awesome to, 8)

i think you will either love this movie, or completely hate it. I was a big fan of Doom I and II, so of course when they whip out the BFG (big fucking gun) i was happy.

its 230 am so im not sure how much sense my review made. Time for some sleep! Oh boy! Sleep! That's when I'm a Viking!

Halo seems like it would have a better story line. But some movies (like Doom) are designed strictly to entertain, and not provoke any thought. Doom is obviously one of those movies. If I had the money, I'd go see it. I bet it is entertaining.

Re: DOOM the movie

Um. No. FAR from it. Yeah. I seen it first thing this morning. The movie kicked ass. These people are seriously STUPID bashing it. The 1st person view was sick. Pulled off really nicely. And, people. It isnt like that through the whole movie. Only 5mins of it or so. Reviewers are making it sound its through the whole movie. Story line was great. Stayed true to the game. The Rock was cool throughout the whole movie. Alot of people bash him. Since, hes a pro wrestler. Unlike Hulk Hogan. Rock can ACT. If, your a Doom fan. Its a must see. Even if you arent. I think alot of people will like it.

Re: DOOM the movie

Im not saying its identical, but there were certain thigns that reminded me. Like the big ass dude with the chain gun reminded me of Jesse Ventura in Predator. and some other things, i dont want to spoil.

Re: DOOM the movie

I would rather a Half life movie if we are comparing PC game movie spin offs

Strato Blue, SP23, Formula 1 tint 35%, raised wing, AT, sp23 mats, and more to come.............................................. ..............

Re: DOOM the movie

I have yet to see the movie, hopefully tonight or tomorrow, but i don't like how they changed the story.

In the trailer they don't mention anything about hell or demons, just about human genetics. It sounds like Resident Evil on mars. Plus there is only suppose to be one person, not one squad.
Hopefully the movie will turn out to be better then what I'm expecting.
