[size=10pt]That's right! I am a owner of the 3, I am ready to just give up and say f*ck. not because of the car but because of HORRIBLE customer service with the corporate office and the dealership. On Sept 2nd my pulley and belt broke on me on the freeway, I got the car towed to my nearest dealership for warrenty work. Well it is now going on 6 WEEKS !!!! They still have my car, grant it yeah they gave me a rental but a f*cking SUV that guzzles gas. They say they will call me back when they have me on the phone NEVER DO, I have to call these dumb ass b*tches back. Can you see how frusterated I am here? Can you understand the frusteration, not having your car for 6 weeks because of poor customer service! So I keep getting the story of "We have 2 out of the 3 tools needed to fix your car, the 3rd tool is still on back order" BS it does not take 6 weeks for a damn tool. This is a Mazda for christ sake not Ferrari a special car. So they are saying they make thousands of these cars per year but they don't have tools for them so they can get fixed. I could have fucking wealked to Japan or wherever got the damn tool my self shoved it up there ass and have them fix it that way probably 4 weeks ago.. I may not be making sense right now, but that's ok I am P*SSED! Tired of hearing the same sh*t. They can pay for my car payment since i have not had the car now for 2 car payments! I want them to reimburse me for the gas mileage on this damn SUV thats like 60+ to fill up every week.This is there problem not mine and I want them to fix there problem. NOW
Ok so yeah, I need some help what the hell do I do??? I am seriously ready to go into the dealership and go postal.
