Electric Shavers: I need a new one-recommendations please

I used a straight razor a long time ago but with so many bumps on my face, it's suicide now.

So I use an electic razor. I have a Braun that just died today. I thought it was overpriced when I bought it but it had good reviews. I was never happy with that razor. I'm using my Dad's old Remington that's about 10 years out dated.

Anyone happy with their electric razor?

I'll be buying one in a few days.

thanks for any help you can give me.......

Are YOU talking to me?

That's what I meant. The vibrating one. I also use Edge Advanced Shave Gel and it's amazing.

Yea! The vibrations numb your skin from all the paaaaain! I tried to go back to other shavers after the M3 power and it was just way too painful.

I've noticed it gives a tingly pain after I go like 3+ days without shaving.

Re: Electric Shavers: I need a new one-recommendations please

i only use electric razors...i have an old panasonic i'm using now. it's not great but it's nice to be able to shave whenever/wherever i want

walmart and other places sell those really cheap electric razors....for like 10 bucks...i wonder how those work....they might be worth it depending on how long they last

Re: Electric Shavers: I need a new one-recommendations please

ive been using the same electric razor for 3 years already. its the remington old-school version of the microscreen 500 it works really good and always leaves a clean shave but the only draw back to my razor is the battery. it came with a rechargable ni-cad and those things SUCK, i have to constantly have it plugged in for it to work, it can no longer work for more than a few seconds without it being plugged in. i havent found out if they have been supplying their razors with nickle metal.

Re: Electric Shavers: I need a new one-recommendations please

No matter what I've tried in the past, everything I've shaved with irritates my face.

I eventually gave up and grew a beard. A quick trim once a week, and I'm good to go!

There's no reward for failure..........but death!
