New Orleans VS Japan

Granted some things for staying alive can be taken in times of need as in New Orleans.
However, what happen there cannot be excused!
During the last major earthquake in Japan I remember that nobody touched anothers' belongings.* Kudos to Japan, shame on us!
Sadly, we have a long way to go.....

naw, new orleans was highest in the US like 10 years ago, but it's just top 10 of US cities now.

i think you need to move to colombia before you think that any US city could be the murder capital of the world
