and my parents are being anal about me using the car so I figure San Fran isn't too bad since I won't need my car and I can travel around in bike or public transportation. I'm planning to stay until my 1 year suspension is up which is next July. Oh and fuck the cops and DMV.
If my memory serves, you got drunk in Mexico and tried to drive home, right? And you're complaining about your parents being anal about your car? You don't have a license, homeboy. Take some goddamn responsibility.
Anyway. SF is awesome if you have money, which you seem to. You're lucky your rent is only $400. $400/mo would generally get you a bench on a streetcorner in SF. There's plenty to do there, and if you like being between 45°F and 65°F all year, weather's nice. And you definitely don't need a license to live there, either.
