Heathen Customs

That is the name i chose for my car club because it is a cool play on words. one of my buddies dropped $22 for a banner for his windshield and ended up taking it off because his parents found it offensive..I know what it means but i guess they are reall narrowminded and religious. Would it offend you to see that on the windshield of a car?

Re: Heathen Customs

I don't give a shit what's on your windshield. I think your buddy is missing the point of windshields. They are supposed to be SEEN out of, not to put crazy crap all over.

The whole world is narrowminded and religious. Why do you think we're at war.

Re: Heathen Customs

Me too, over here in the NY/NJ area, and in the town I work in, there is a shop and a 'following' called Redrum Customs, that's a play on words; backwards: Murder. It's all kind of dumb to me, but people will always come up with this stuff.

Heathern doesn't sound too bad to me, I may be desensitized to this sort of stuff though. :?

What's the use of happiness? It can't buy you money.

not quite sure how the current war in iraq was started by narrowminded fanatics? and I thought it was about oil and money. Must have missed something. Be careful associating narrowmindedness and religion. You make it sound as though having a view is wrong.

Sorry, unqualified accusations are a pet peeve of mine.

Re: Heathen Customs

Yeah.. what cubiclephobic said....

I'm openminded and I go to church fairly regularily. They aren't mutually exclusive.

Live and let live.

The only thing I don't have an open mind towards is abortion but that has nothing to do with my church views. It's strictly a personal thing that goes back to when I was 17.

As for Heathen Customs.. it goes along with my "Born again heathen" stance from a few years back. For me it was just a shock thing designed to get attention. I suspect it's the same for you. You will grow out of it eventually.

Best play on word's shop ever. I shit you not, this is %100 a real store. I've heard of them all around and finally saw one a few weeks ago in Louisville, KY.

Cox's smokers outlet.

It's a discount tobacco store lol. Good stuff.
