Vespa Scooters... Anybody got em, like em, hate em, I want 1

So I was checking out craigslist.com and I found a vespa on their and I thought I've heard of these, and why don't I have one.

I'd like to hear from people who might have had them, currenty have them, or just know about them. What is your impression on these. I am saw two stroke ET2 2002 Vespa. They are asking 2000, I am sure I can get it for like 1650 or something like that. They have 66 miles on it.

PEACE!!!!

I'm just saying that if it's two wheels that you want, get a bike, motorized or not, it's better than a Vespa

Vespas are what the poorer people drive in 3rd world countries. Although not mocked, vespa scooters are considered to be the most inferior form of transport. But I don't know.....lately Americans find everything gay, obsolete in the rest of the world, and lame quite chic.

True, there are some things "less gay" across the pond then they are here.....but just picture some big ol' dude hopping on a vespa, looking like it's ready to buckle under his weight...complete it with that lame ass helmet and you got a real winner!

The most inferior form of transport is a tie between WALKING & Taking the bus, so if needed, a Vespa would be just fine for me! I wouldn't go out and buy it just for the hell of it tho! thats just me!

Think about it, take NYC for example....now, if someone had a choice between taking the bus/subway to get around or a vespa....hmm... I grew up in the rough parts and anyone on a vespa usually got clotheslined! lol
