Got in an accident last night

Well last night a friend and I where on the way to a club. On the way there a dark green truck ran a stop sign and without his lights on and we hit him in the side screwing up my car. Here are some pics from my camera phone.

Dont think there is any frame damage.

Who cares about the lights . The other guy ran a stop sign. With or without the lights on the truck driver is at fault. At is unless in Cali. they have weird laws stating u can run stop signs if u have your headlights on.

yea I am ok just have a little bit of back and neck pain but just upset about my car

Will be able to find out tomorrow if my car is going to be totaled out or if they can fix it
