Is Mazda trying to tell me something?

I got these in the mail today, saying it's time to think of my 10k mile servicing....(I didn't know I needed one so soon! hahaha).

then....they include this:

Do they want me to service my 3 and buy a 6 while it's being worked on? I guess I should ring Mazda and tell them I would never go to the dealer they have on the coupons. I had a horrid experience with my other car there, and never will they see me again.

Well, they say I have 9200 miles (a hair under that according to the letter), when I really have about 9600 miles on it.

What's involved in a 10k servicing anyhow? I just had my car serviced at 8500 (couldnt make it in by 7500).

These are all money makers for Mazda, every time I go for an oil change, they tell me that I passed 2 of these up. I'm always at least 1000 miles ahead of the letters.

I have never done any of these dealer maintenance programs in my cars, just because they want to squeeze you for4 cash.

People with no ideas about cars and how they operate usually are hook line and sinkers for manufacturers.

One thing they did do though was a four wheel allignment for me with an oil change. That was when I foubd out that I had two minorly bent rims. They put them on the back for me.

The service dept. I go to seems very efficient, but I just don't go for these kinds of deals. Cars today are designed to ruin between 50 and 100,000 miles without any service except for brakes and fluid changes.

What's the use of happiness? It can't buy you money.
