I found Fed ex to be the best. I can't beleive they didn't deliver it on time.

Give them till 2morrow

plus they provide the best online tracking IMO

I can't say agree with this topic. Everytime I get a package via UPS, the tracking number isn't updated until WELL after i've already got my package. Plus, the vast majority of UPS packages I've received have been damaged. To top it all off, if I'm not here when they deliver a package in the middle of the day (which is never because I work...) it's a pain in the ass to pick it up myself because they're hours SUCK (at least my local UPS shop does). FedEx is on time far more often then not (with respect to their tracking system) and my packages are always in tip top shape. Plus, they NEVER leave the package on my door step. UPS does that all the time and I live in a bad neighborhood... I've lost quite a few packages because those lazy asses just leave my shit in plain sight of everyone.

Of course, nobody's perfect. But my personal experience has taught me that FedEx is FAR more "perfect" than UPS.

I agree completely with you Metalcord - all of the above has happened to me. While I haven't had my packages go missing, they've still left them outside in the rain until I get home, often around 1130 PM = SBS (Soggy Box Syndrome).

Not only that, but for international shipments (namely packages sent from the USA to me) they really do an excellent ream-job on my tender tush with all of the extra fees. Many items are exempt from duty charges because of NAFTA, yet UPS still charges a "brokerage fee" that is often around 15% of their estimated value of the item, when there should be no additional charges. :rtfm:

FedEx has always given superior service over (fuck)UPS.

Keep in mind... that system is obviously NOT infallable! It's only going to be as accurate as the people who actually scan the package into the system.

Like I said before.. nobody's perfect. Be patient dude! Your package will arrive soon!

I've never checked that... but I have checked to see how long it would take for the UPS tracking to get updated.... it never works for me. One of the few times I got my package quickly and in tact, it said my shit was in Newark for 5 days... then it finally said it was delivered!! It took days before they updated the tracking AT ALL!!!

Maybe it's just my luck. My sister SWEARS by UPS...

I hate them. FedEx rules.
