The small blue hand is hours
The large blue hand is minutes
The red one is seconds.
It actually looks like 6:44:15 to me

It's actually 6:45.15
Oricle: Look at a regular clock. Three hands. One long, one short, one long and skinny. Long is minute, short is hour, skinny is second.. duh. So on this one, instead of the hands all being on the same face, they're on different faces. Top is minute, bottom hour, and the one on the other side is the second hand.

What time is it?
Is this a real clock that is actually functioning, or just an artistic concept?
