How is their customer service? I wanna get a creative zen touch 20gb from them, they got a 30 day money back gaurantee, should i pull the trigger? Do they have good customer service where i can get a hold of them and get an RMA number, and get my money back with no hassle? Thanks (do the best you can, i know your not psychic )

They are about as good as it gets as far as customer
service goes for the DIY. At Least in my experience.

If thats holding you back, than I say shoot for it. They have the best customer service PERIOD.

They email you diagrams on how to install anything you buy from them.

I had bought this "crossover" from them 4 years ago, they retrieved my info and sent me the wiring diagram.

Hope that helps..

Can't go wrong w/ crutchfield....but since you are buying an MP3 player you may want to shop around some reputable online computer retailers that offer the same satisfaction-guaranteed period.

No, it's bad that you're buying a creative mp3 player

But yeah you can't beat Crutchfield. You certainly pay for it though.

bah, they aren't that bad. Plays mp3's, acceptable quality, acceptable interface, acceptable size....I got my 40gb zen for about $200 shipped from newegg.com about a year or two ago. Newegg doesn't have a "satifsaction guarantee, w/ full refund" policy they only have an exchange only policy, but it is about $20-30 cheaper than Crutchfield.

The controls for the zen are on the sides, so I have my Zen tilted on end and placed in the navi cubby.

In my opinion its a good mp3 player.
