Yes, I know this is an import forum, and I drive an import... but "ricers" are in a league of their own and worth mocking ;-)

May the "V-TECH" be with you

well 1st of all, i hate those guys with firebird, camaros, mustangs etc. that think they are hot shit cause they car they got like that from factory can beat a "import".

they put on a muffler and they they think they are bad ass...lol

i have seen some imports beat those muscle cars, that to me is talent and worth talking shit about.
its not fun buying a car with power, to me it better to get it to that point.THEN YOU CAN ACT LIKE A BAD ASS IF YOU WANT!

plus to me the term 'ricer" is a import car ( any) that is custom in ANY way.

i badly hooked up car to me is mexican!....

dont get me wrong i love old school muscle cars but any new ones like the one on that pic is just trash. and anyone that drives one and think they are hot shit should be shoot!.....lol

Dubs... all my friends who drive muscle cars know more about the internals of cars than most ricers put together. You have to understand that is a part of their culture. Their fathers are mechanics and grew up with these cars. A few of my friends are majoring in Mechanical Engineering -- whereas many ricers couldn't even tell you what VTEC is, let alone how an engine works and what all the parts of it are. Now quit bashing. This wasn't meant to be an American vs. Import thread... it was meant to be a joke about "ricemobiles". We all know the types ;-)

One of the best mechanics I know has spent years turning his Del Sol into a super-charged MONSTOR. But it doesn't have a wing, and it doesn't have a crap coffee can for a muffler. But if you ask him what he loves more, his stock Mustang will always win. Of course, his Mustang is a 67' so that goes without saying! Saying a "muscle car" is crap just because it's stock is just as bad as saying a civic is crap because it's not. Your making yourself sound like a hypocrite.

just cause all your friends know it doesn't mean that everyone who drives a muscle car is the same....

if you read
he said
"well 1st of all, i hate those guys with firebird, camaros, mustangs etc. that think they are hot shit cause they car they got like that from factory can beat a "import"

obviously a lot of people with muscle cars know their stuff, but it's silly to believe that there aren't any that don't know

According to Dubs, having a musclecar and acting badass is worse than anyone in an import... which IS blanket statment. 3AndMe is stating that everyone he knows with a musclecar knows their shit... which is NOT a blanket statment.
