Open track and functional aerodynamics

I'm wondering how much you mazda3 guys are interested in open track events and functional aerodynamic parts.

Open tracking focus' has become very popular and a group formed in southern california called focus challenge. www.focuschallenge.com
I'm wondering whether there is interest in the mazda market for something like this.

I have also designed a functional rear wing for the focus and will be going into production shortly. I am wondering if there is any demand for a product like this in the mazda market. The test piece was on Walter Marcy's car of Marcy Motorsport car at focuschallenge in pharump, nevada several months ago and we were amazed at how much downforce we were able to generate and that we need to run some very stiff springs to get the most out of the setup. These rack events are put on by Redline Track Events and Nikolas of Draxas, a sponsor here, is a vital part of that group.

yes, I am talking about that wing.
It was something we came up with while I had some spare time. I'm the Brian mentioned in the description and info, hence the handle aero_student.

and where would you mount that on the focus (sedan or hatch)?

if you have any questions as to the functionality of a wing on a fwd car take a look at the speed world challenge cars, everyone runs a wing. it is a necessary part of suspension tuning. as far as mounting it we use the hatch and locate the brackets using the struts for the hatch and drilling one hole on each side.
