Blinker Speed

Tonight i was pondering about a weary subject, blinker speed. Seems all cars blink at different speeds. Are there mods to make your blinker blink faster? Maybe blinker speeds should be printed with all the specs of the car?

^^Yea there are mods to make your blinker go faster. Its a fuse that replaces your old fuse with a higher voltage. Some people will tell you that its a rice mod and it really isnt a mod but i like it and im sure someone is going to make this mod for our cars!

Front and back blinkers are connected in series, so take out one and the other blinks faster :P I hate electronics and have very little knowledge about em but I'd say the blink rate must have something to do with the size of resistor they use in the circuit.

Yeah thats true, not for nothing, I really never liked that "mod". Especially on Civics.

I tried putting an led for the brake light, for some reasons my blinkers started blinking faster.

Maybe i'll write a tutorial on it.

^^^

That is bound to happen since an LED is a smaller bulb (smaller resistor) and draws less current. Though I am hoping some electronic wizard can chime in.
