I feel like hell.

Sick=suck. Went to sleep last night fine, woke up this morning feeling like I needed to vomit out/crap out my entire stomach. Proceeded to do so for most of the day, minus the vomiting. That was my only ailment really, which sucked twice as hard because I felt fine and wanted to do something except for my need to be no more than 12 yards from a toliet at all times. Finally passed out around 2-something and woke up at like 6 to my mom calling for dinner. Well, eventually hobbled downstairs and didn't eat anything, even though my stomach feels fine but now my head is about to die. I'm chalking that up to dehydration but my body still feels the need to get rid of anything I put in, so rehydrating myself is a bit of a bitch.

Bah. And now I'm getting hungry too, seeing as all I had was a can of campbell's chicken noodle today.

Enjoy your spahgetti, you're very rude.

I feel like hell.

Drinking Sprite or ginger ale can help, if you drink it flat and at room temperature (leave it for a while in an open glass out of the fridge for 15-20 minutes; stir it with a fork to make sure it's flat).

Drink it very slowly (take barely enough to wet your mouth at a time) and let it go down before taking some more.

When your body accepts it, you'll be able to move to soup or more demanding foods.

Take care!
