Good way to fall asleep fast?
Well the summer is over, and i cant go to bed at 2am and wake up at noon. Starting tommrow, i gotta wake up at 620ish am. I wont get sleepy until like 2am, so i was hoping someone would know a good way to fall asleep early. Without the aide of drugs of course.

Haha, sex will do it everytime, or you can try deep breathing excercises before you go to bed.
